Había una vez un pequeño niño que quería conocer a Dios. Él sabía que había que hacer un largo viaje hacia donde vivía Dios, entonces empacó una maleta con panecillos, un par de botellas de jugos y emprendió su partida.
Cuando había recorrido cerca de 3 cuadras, se encontró con una viejecita. Ella estaba sentada en el parque, observando algunas palomas.
El niño se sentó junto a ella y abrió su maleta. El estaba a punto de tomar su jugo cuando notó que la viejecita se veía con hambre, entonces él le ofreció un panecillo.
Ella lo aceptó muy agradecida. Su sonrisa era tan bella que el niñito quería ver esa sonrisa nuevamente, entonces le ofreció a ella un jugo.
Nuevamente ella volvió a esbozar su hermosa sonrisa. El niño estaba encantado.
Ellos se quedaron allí toda la tarde comiendo y sonriendo, pero ninguno de ellos pronunció palabra alguna.
Cuando empezó a oscurecer, el niño estaba cansado y se levantó para irse. Antes de haber dado unos pasos más, el se dió la vuelta y corrió hacia la viejecita y le dio un abrazo. Ella le dio la más grande y hermosa sonrisa.
Cuando el niño abrió la puerta de su casa, su madre estaba sorprendida por la felicidad que el niño demostraba.
Ella le preguntó cuál era la causa. El le contestó:
– He comido con Dios. ¿Y sabes qué? ¡Ella tiene la sonrisa más bella que he visto!
Mientras tanto la viejecita, también con mucha felicidad, regresó a su casa. Su hijo estaba extrañado por la paz que mostraba en su rostro y preguntó:
– Mamá, ¿qué hiciste el día de hoy que te ha hecho tan feliz?.
Ella contestó:
– Yo comí panecillos en el parque con Dios. ¿Y sabes qué?, Él es más joven de lo que esperaba.
Esta historia nos demuestra que tú encuentras a Dios en todos los lugares y rostros.
Muchos de nosotros pasamos la vida buscando una visita de Dios, sin embargo estamos muy ocupados para reconocerlo.
Por que a Dios no solo se le encuentra en las iglesias. Dios tambien significa amor, compasión y misericordia. A Dios también se le siente con los rayos del sol, con el cantar de los pájaros, con la brisa del mar, con la risa de los niños.
No importa donde, porque Dios siempre está en todo lugar. Incluso dentro de ti, de tu madre, de tu padre, de tus amigos, de tu jefe, de tus compañeros de trabajo y vecinos.
Ver lo malo de la gente hace que nos perdamos lo bueno.
Ir desconectados del mundo, de la vida, hace que no veamos todo lo maravilloso que en él existe.
Y nos olvidamos que Dios siempre se manifiesta y hasta utiliza a cualquier ser viviente para comunicarse con nosotros.
Por eso, cada uno de nosotros debe predicar con el ejemplo el evangelio de Dios o aquello en lo que Cree.
Sé un ejemplo de lo que dices ser, se un ejemplo de la religión que dices pertenecer, sé un ejemplo de la filosofía que dices seguir.
El reino de Dios esta dentro de ti.
No solo lo busquemos fuera, sé tú un buen ejemplo de amor, compasión y misericordia.
Ayuda a quien puedas ayudar. Comparte con quien puedas compartir. Sonríe con quien puedas sonreír. Si actúas siempre en negativo eso es lo que cosecharás, si piensas en negativo eso es lo que atraerás a tu vida. En cambio si vas a todo lado con una sonrisa, y buena voluntad, tarde o temprano eso es lo que obtendrás. Si empiezas a pensar en positivo, eso estarás atrayendo.
Que no te atormente la idea de que si eres buena persona los demás se aprovecharán; no lo hagas por ellos, hazlo por ti, hazlo por Dios. Por tu bienestar emocional y espiritual.
Tarde o temprano esas personas tomarán conciencia de sus actos ya sea contigo o con otra persona, pero lo aprenderán y si es que nunca llegan a aprenderlo, deja que Dios se encargue de ellos. Porque Dios es justo y sabio. O ¿acaso dudas de ello? Confía y deja todo en las manos de Dios.
El cambio empieza en uno. Empieza a ver lo bello y maravilloso a tu alrededor. Disfruta de tu vida y todo lo que gozas en este momento. Con una actitud positiva, de agradecimiento y dispuesto a sentir a Dios en cada ser humano, ser viviente y en cada lugar. Porque el reino de Dios también está dentro de ti y a tu alrededor.
